Sturt to win the flag!

Ive seen Sturt twice only this year and they've been the worst team Ive seen out of the 9!

I've got a feeling that's going to change big time this Saturday, not only being a better side than North but also having the incentive to avenge two losses, it could get ugly.

The Bays are the clear cut favourite barring major injuries to win the flag and should do it in an absolute canter.

We saved our worst game so far for you guys at Prospect. It will take a huge turnaround to avenge that this week.

It'll be a bigger turnaround from recent weeks if North are even close to competitive.
The only sides we're better than are South, Norwood and West and even then if those team (except for South) played at their best we'd be struggling.

Nup, they beat us very easily last time even after they gave North a head start.

Yeah agreed, and its the only hope North have of getting within 15 goals of Sturt is that our terrible style of play somehow stuffs up your game plan. Sturt players might actually run to where North players should (or mean to) kick it not expecting it to go sideways off the side of the boot.

Whoever beats Central will win the flag. Its been the same thing since 2000.

Not only does history show that the premier finishes in the top 3 but this year the table seems to show a bit of a margin in standard between the top 3 sides and the next 2 - and then a fair gap to the rest.

While Sturt are the current form side the question is whether they can carry this form for another 2 months or so. A lot can happen between now and then.

At this stage you wouldn't be putting your house on any team for the premiership. It is a little hard to pick this early. A great finals series looms for all 5 teams that make it.
As for it being out of the top three, probably likely, but they have all been thumped in a game this year proving if the are not switched on, they are all beatable.

While I believe the winner will come from Glenelg, Sturt or Central, I don't think there will be a clear favourite even on Grand Final Day.

If I had to tip, I'd say Sturt v Glenelg to play in the big one, but it depends on the finals draw...

Just another Dogs supporter traumatised by that belting in 2002...

On a serious note though, I don't know why some Dogs fans (or others) get so agro about a bit of stick here and there or a bit of confidence shown by some supporters.

It should all be taken as good banter and if someone is being stupid, make humourous comments back ridiculing their team, its much more enjoyable for the rest of us compared to posts with venom.

I've noticed a couple of Dogs supporters lose it on here, you'd think after 7 flags in a decade that that would be enough to make people feel secure!
