i was at the game today and again our disposal and decision making is shocking......they dont talk when needed, dont run hard enough the other way, give away careless frees and have been doing it for the last 4 or 5 years....i dont get the chance to see them as much as i can coz of footy im involved with but when i do its the same ones making the same mistakes week in and week out....

ive been a port magpie supporter for a long time and its sad to see them like they are now......and its not all timmys fault.....we need a clean out asap......it should have happened years ago.....but until we do we will keep serving up the same poor efforts like today.....just not good enough for a proud club like port......

Good effort today, especially early and in control all day, although fairly even in the 2nd half. Could have won by more but coming off a 3 week break and having 2 games in 11 days coming up, happy to walk away with a 50 point win.

Still room for improvement and consistency, but the last 2 efforts have been pleasing and momentum is building.

I thought Josh Willoughby was outstanding, Cranston was his usual self and Kirk played well down back. Sellar is starting to take some grabs now which is encouraging.

I was very surprised at Port's lack of intensity considering some of their close results this year. Was standing near Stephen Williams in the outer and wondered what difference he would make to this Port side if he returned to the fold. Based on today's effort, Port deserve to be at the bottom end of the ladder.

With a lot of work to go to firstly ensure a spot in the 5 and then a top 3 berth, happy to be equal top on 7-2 whilst most of the attention is on Sturt and Central.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

I thought they did that with Knights, wasn't it his fault?
I think it was 4 years ago i read an article in which Bob Clayton stated Port will have a flag within 3 years.
With such good underage sides ( 2x U\19 flags } in that time where are these lads & where is that flag?
Maybe letting Knights go has come back to bite them real hard!

I agree Bomberrob and no mercy, Mondays game against the bays at half time jeremy clayton went into the changerooms and had a go at daniel elstone (Turtle) for playing to loose and not worrying about his man. What a joke Jeremy Clayton is the worst in the league for accountability. Dont get me wrong Jeremy is a great player but he has no defensive skills himself, thats the pot calling the kettle black.
He also had a go at young sam mardling for having a shot 45 metres out with the wind behind his back. Jeremy Clayton should be more positive going into the rooms and not slagging players. No wonder he is so disliked by many of his teammates.
No way would Knightsy of ever put up with someone as selfish as jeremy clayton, I think thats why there was players that disliked knightsy and thats because they couldnt handle being told the truth.
