Unfortunately it's a night like this that those records would be adequate enough for an article in the newspaper. But you can take some solace in that it's not as bad as our performance in the 2004 GF.

Not quite - Jamie Vlatko was on the losing team both times too!

Sherwood, Duldig, Cranston and Panozzo are the survivors from the Glenelg team that night. (Mules played Reserves)

Crikey!
I was there tonight and was caught between 2 worlds as I had money on Geelong and Glenelg.
Glenelg's effort tonight was the most clinical effort I've seen for a hell of a long time.
If the premiership was played for now they'd be home, I think it shows the gap between the top 4 and the rest.
Glenelg and Central will play out for top spot.
Sturt and Eagles will play out for the next two spots.
Norwood, North and Port will play out for 5th spot.

Glenelg were aweseome tonight.

aweseome must be better than awesome, as awesome probably would not be enough to describe that effort.

Holmes, Fisher, Pannoz and Dogger my best in a very even performance...and without Mouse for most of it..

Comments by Norwood supporters tonight that it was the first time they'd been outnumbered by the opposition on Coopers Hill and that includes the recent 7500 game against Port.
They said North previously were the only club that gave them a run at Norwood Oval as far as numbers go.
Where the hell have these Glenelg supporters come from (and that was a question being asked by the Glenelg supporters I was hanging with).

Upon saying that, I wonder if 10,000 could be possible for the Queens Birthday match?

Great nite out! Lots of players seemed to struggle with the ground in my opinion

Fisher gets the votes, and boy is it nice to be at the top after being near the bottom for most of my lifetime

Keeping a lid on it....

clinical is the best way i could describe tonight, thanks wedgie for stealing my thunder, we are awesome at the mo, i wish it was 23 september not may, the only down point being grima hurting his knee but it doesnt seem serious. As every tiger fan i was stoked at keeping the legs under our 1-4 from 4 years ago, and everyone there could see that our boys had that in mind in the last quarter. look out port in a fortnight!!

The last time Norwood sacked (read: told him his contract wasn't going to be renewed) a coach mid season, they held their opponents to 1.4 in the very next match.
