Hoping that Slatts stays. Has been very handy this year.
Tassie, could not agree with you more. Here's to a bright 2008 for the Tiges.

One player I'd like to know if he is returning or not is David Westbrook. He'd be more handy than Kent - we have enough forwards at the moment.

Nugget,
the Kane brother from East Perth is a good solid player hopefully the tiges will pick him up. I think from memory he played on the wing for the Royals.

Spelly - would doubt that Westbrook will be back for the Eagles. But definitely missed him this year, as he was starting build up some reasonable experience, esp with Inkster missing so much footy.

No surprises here but the club are set to pen to paper with him shortly. Will be a huge bonus as well. Christ we missed him this season.

Colville - not confirmed yet there is a possibility he'll go around one more time.
Passador - haven't heard any of this would be surprised as he seems very settled at the Eagles.
Inkster - can't confirm this one but have heard the same rumour.
Grocke - who cares would be no real loss based on his poor 2007. We have many key forwards better than him anyway.

You could possibly add vinnie rugolo's name to that list - he can't possibly be happy with his lack of opportunities (wouldn't surprise if he finds a new home a little further down port rd.)

From a very reliable source: Joe Pedler will train pre-season to Christmas and then make a decision about his playing future.
