State game SANFL v WAFL

All discussions to do with the SANFL

Seeing as though most of the people involved in the coverage read these forums, there isn't much point in emailing the stations when those same people don't / won't / refuse to understand the concerns raised.

Have you emailed the station previously? If so what response did you get?

For the record, from LifeFM, only Big Phil and myself reguarly on this site.

So given I was away yesterday do you infer that the person involved who is ignoring your posts and talking AFL all this time is Big Phil?

Whilst I understand the point you are making, nothing will ever change if you don't go down the correct path. Posting on this forum hardly constitutes an offical complaint that any station, radio or TV, would act on. Let me give you an example;

Either Phil (EP): a poster on a forum wants X changed
Boss: who?
EP: The Sleeping Giant
Boss: no, what's his real name?
EP: I have no idea
Boss: where's he live?
EP: I have no idea
Boss: hmmm...next.

but if the people involved in the broadcasts are reading constructive criticism on this forum then I would think it would be discussed. If they rely on feedback through the proper channels then it would make life easier for them as I dont think people generally go out of their way to do it

If you're not going to make any effort, can't be that big an issue then.

Haven't emailed the stations, as I have voiced my opinion on here.

Judging by Big Phil's and your defensive responses, I wouldn't expect much. It doesn't keep my up at night PhilH.

If you are going to cover the SANFL, then concentrate on the SANFL. If I want to listen to AFL topics, I'll listen to SEN. If I want to listen to Crow and Power drivel, I'll listen to 5AA.

Either take some honest feedback, or ....

How will an email be any different?

Seriously, if the radio stations don't want honest feedback, then good luck to them.

I assume you'd sign off an email by typing your real name.

First bit would be right, the schedule would dictate that. Basically during the years we would have had a state bye, we play one of the Cat-B leagues.

Elaborating a bit more on Phil's post, I read the NEAFL Record I got earlier this year, it says SA is playing the Northern Conference in Queensland in 2013. So that leaves Tassie to face the Eastern Conference.
