And to think how much the Glenelg fans over on the "Snouts" forum pride themselves on not stooping to the level of other clubs supporters e.g. North (who they always reference) when there is some drama at their club. Couple this topic with their straight sets exit from last years finals and they are no better or worse than any other emotive group of SANFL supporters even if they don't think they are hypocrites!

when i told him tonight when we had it completely official, he was shocked, also a little upset, he asked questions (i answered them honestly) he said ''i've lost my two favourite players mouse & macca, but we'll still see the tigers play dad & that's the most important thing''.....well i couldn't believe that while his favourite player was leaving & going to end up somewhere else he saw it more than most of us & that is the team will still be there & 21 blokes every week will represent the club & do their best to win
Mate, that a great story ... sometimes our kids can surprise us and be more resilient than we can ever give them credit for.

Nothing suprising there, supporter groups essentially are all the same, just like the human race we are all different and have different opinions....so what?do you want us to come out with a media release detailing a united message and then all of us to stand by it? Delusional at best....

You're actually agreeing with him Dutchy, his point is aimed at the delusional ones who think they're different.
Just for the record I admire people like Milbo and those willing to look at both point of views, it's those sort of people players play for, not the ones who turn on them in seconds. It's people like this that improve the club IMHO with the mindless sheep that just tow the company line send clubs backwards. Not saying there are any on here, just making a hypothetical point that may or may not be in existence.

The Waratahs are actually known as the Warriors. From memory, and I left Darwin 10 years ago now, Waratah is a small suburb near Larrakeyah. But I am sure that AMBays will know the real reason, he played for them, I played for Combined Services in the NTFA.

Yeah. With the 'V' where it should be. Not half way down the jumper.
