Cambridge Clarrie wrote:Well, what a week it's been! After the jubilation of last Sunday's win, this week has seen my anticipation for tomorrow's game building daily. I think I've enjoyed the build up to this game more than I did in 2002.
I think that if we can play 4 quarters of hard but skillful footy we're every chance to win. Drop off for as much as 10 mins and we'll be destroyed. After last weeks game I know our boys have the mental toughness to do the job.
Players that need to put their mark on the game for us will be Herring, Crane, Gum and Evans. These guys all have the ability but I'm yet to see their best this finals series... I'm pretty sure the likes of Sheedy, Coad, McGlone, Trengove, Nelson and McLeay and co. will do what's required of them.
The effort put in this year (after so many wrote the Blues off with the loss of so many senior players) has been superb. Very proud of what they've done and this time tomorrow I hope they've created a new 'Finest Hour'
GO YOU MIGHTY DOUBLE BLUES!!!

May the Mighty Blues prevail!
I most likely will not listen to it live, and will await the DVD sent over from Australia in roughly a week's time.
So while I am still here I will just offer some last words before I head in to voluntary hibernation:
COME ON YOU BLUES
