Once again, Hocking never applied or was sought out.

I can tell you he had an interview. Norwood used our boardroom at work for the interviews. I sit 20 metres away from it. I saw all three candidates go in for their interviews and got introduced to Fantasia, Taylor and Co.

I'll ask again and I stand to be corrected, but I was told today that Hocking didn't apply or was sought out.
I was also told there were four interviews.

Not the first and won't be the last time I could be wrong!

The Norwood gig should be a role well tailored for Cotton. Looks like 'Whiskas' Hocking was eventually shown the catflap.

I reckon Norwood will be back to top 3 or better next year.

Depends on recruiting. Would need atleast another 4 or 5 players coming in

Need a deeper midfield. I'm not sure if Doc's going on again, but if he doesn't then losing him, Cach and Suckling from a midfield that already wasnt a strong point means there's a lot of work to be done.

How do you go from Director of Coaching (ie, directing the coach who just got the sack) for one year to the Coach? All seems a bit convenient to me. For Cotton at least. I mean, he couldn't have directed Warren too well could he?! Who's the new DoC? Or will that position be made redundant/was only ever meant to be for one year? :-?
