His suspension has made him ineligible for this game according to the SANFL, even though it can't count as 1 of his suspended games

I think there is an understanding that all competitions recognise suspensions until the suspension is over. I.e. like how someone who gets suspended in the AFL has to sit out Sanfl games until the suspension is over.

I love the concept of the Foxtel Cup but they keep stuffing it up more and more. Might as well as put a couple of SAAFL teams in, I'd be wanting North to pull out of it if they'd stuffed us around like they have Nor wood, don't blame Bass or Nor wood fans for being cranky and treating it with contempt.

I stand corrected but my understanding was it was always going to be Tuesday night but played after the bye not before it. Bass mentions that in his blog and that was what was mentioned in the initial media releases. It needs to be Tuesday night for Foxtel. Either way guys like McGuiness, Warren and Zorzi would never have played.
