Yes, but Barlow was only in his second year at VFL level when he was drafted.

Id say there is a huge chance he will at least get rookied -

> Immediate replacement for small players McLeod & Edwards
> Crows have lost experienced players with the Big 4 retiring
> Need to balance their list with some more senior players
> We know his skills are top notch, Im sure this will stand out at training
> Apparently is a bit of a fitness/health freak these days, the Prof will love that
> Crows rarely invite players to train preseason (compared to others)
> Success of mature rookies this year and already other clubs doing the same during trade period (Port, Collingwood, North Melb)
> Crows weakness is the lack of a small forward to kick 20-30 goals a season

Will Ian accept a fifty percent reduction in his salary then?

If he's rookied locally, Im sure his SANFL-based club would cover the difference

I heard the real reason Callinan is out training with the Crows is to take advantage of the expertise in sports science of Craig & Schwerdt. Schwerdty told him he could have him running 15% quicker over 400m just by getting his ears pinned. The photo obviously indicates that hasn't happened yet.

Have not been on the site for a while but get your facts right SDK, Central do not play Norwood on a Friday night as they do not feel safe because of the appalling behaviour of some so called Redleg supporters, i think you have conveniently forgotten the history of this, a few years ago i was at a night game at the Parade and guess what , who caused all the trouble after the game the Redleg skinheads they smashed shop windows down the parade and guess what there were arrests, guess who NOT Bulldog supporters but some Redleg FERALS, who were dealt by the courts, obviously you have not got a clue, ask the thousands of other footy supporters ask the Port and Sturt supporters when they play at the Parade who the trouble makers are

I think (dont know for certain), that Legs v Dogs night games were halted after a few years of violence at the games ... One of the funniest things I ever saw at the footy was on the hill at one of these games.

1 Norwood bloke standing right next to 1 Doggies bloke, mild banter between them, nothing much to it .. About 30 seconds of silence, then each turned at the exact same moment and commenced punching the suitcase out of one another.

After about 1-2 mins they stopped, dusted themselves off and remained side by side for the rest of the game each supporting their own mob.

Poor lambs.

I think we're all pretty aware by now that no Centrals fan in the history of SANFL football has ever done anything that could be even remotely described as 'anti-social' or 'dangerous'.
