You have no idea, Apostle !!!

What do you suggest then? Just keep wallowing in shit performances???

Doggies fans have had it too good for a long time now and do not handle coming back to the pack too well. Be grateful for what the club has done in the last decade and appreciate that all good runs come to an end and rebuilding is a process that will eventually have to be faced.....

You don't rebuild in SANFL IMHO!! We didn't have the same team for 12 years FFS.

Look at south thos year. A couple of good recruits and a good coach and you're away.

The fact that we dominated this league for so long should not be justification for accepting mediocrity IMHO!!!

LIVE SCORES ROUND 7

Postby Jim05 » Sun May 18, 2014 4:48 pm

Centrals must of seen this coming, they had a ageing list and must of known a lot of guys would finish up around the same time. I dont think they have ever paid too much attention to their juniors over those dominant years, as long as I can remember their U16's and u18's have been barely competetive and surely that is a concern for the club. Think both junior grades have finished bottom 2-3 for last 5 or 6 years and this year the U16's lost 6 of their 8 games this year by 90+ points. That cant be good for the club, not sure if its their zone or talent id or a combination but either way its something they will need to address or they wont have success at league level for years to come

Reserves made finals last year, I think won the gf two years ago. Under 18s are generally playing reserves. I think there was an under 16 or under 15 premiership within the last 5 years.

Fair enough about the u18's playing up.
The U16's havnt finished higher than 6th in the last 5 years and have only won 12 out of 40 games in that period. Without some solid recruiting I can see you guys struggling at league level for a few more years.
