Good luck to the remaining teams in the finals both on the field and on the terraces, I fear for the crowd numbers especially the GF.......could be the lowest ever judging by today's efforts :(

No Port no SANFL.

I agree there history proves it..will never be the same without the most successful club in Australia...

You can make a case that this SANFL finals series needs a North Adelaide fit & firing, because they can kick high scores, they introduce a 'chaos ball' element to a series which is running the risk of being predictable, and also because at their best they're the nearest side to Norwood. Perhaps even better than them. Could we find out in October?

I'd have to say it's still a long-shot—there are plenty of clubs that turn around iffy late-minor-round form in the finals, but not too many that follow 5 crushing losses in a row, with 3 finals wins in a row—but hopefully today will inspire the Roosters' fans hopes that the fairytale could come true, and get a better crowd out next weekend.

I saw a bit of this - not sure how it started but one of our players pushed their runner which I think they got a free from. Then right after that one of Norths runners (not sure if it was the same one) gave us a free which eventually resulted in a goal to us.
