Another reason why this epic should be televised :(

You'll have to listen to the call then Gaz on 107.9 LifeFM, from 1:30pm. I'll give you a sympathetic shout out ;)

If norwood win by a small margin like the last four times the norwood supporters will be at the race giving the gowans boys crap(not that they will be worried they will be thinking wait till sep/oct) Central won't be worried because they don't play the small grounds as well and they have players to come back mind you so do we. The norwood and central supporters will be bickering about the result with the ultimate comback of wait till finals. Then if central win they will be outright favourite for the flag and as centurian would say we have gone to water and are not as good as we think we are. This comment is not a sledge or a go at anyone it is just what will happen. PS i think this game is more important to us than it is to central.
Also, if Norwood win they will almost certainly be minor premiers and, with the bye in the final round, will have an unwanted two weeks off prior to their first final...

I think the 2 weeks off is a good thing, it happened to Us a couple of times & I think it helps.

I feel your pain. I got sent to Melbourne for 2 weeks for work, so am missing the game. Had been looking forward to it for months. On the plus side I haven't had to listen to all the showdown hype!

So you can't go because you're looking after a baby while mum gets on the turps and one of my lot can't go because they're attending an art auction.
