As a CDFC player, no question.

Be very surprised if he gets picked up now. He's been playing the same level since he came over only difference now is he's a few years older and got a few more injury worries. But good recognition of what he's done anyway.

In terms of pay, I think rookies get stuff all from AFL clubs, and with the dogs pay structure based around B&F finishes (as I understand at least), he'd probably be earning a bit less than he would have got season just gone.

Podsiadly had been playing the same way in the VFL for about 5 years too before someone (the reigning premier at that) bothered to give him a go. Might be a bit different for a small/mid though.
