I reckon this is a good appointment, much similar to the successful appointment of Bassett at Norwood - ex AFL player returns to their SANFL club as coach.

Francou is one of the few Power players I enjoyed watching, apart from their Centrals listed players of course.

Bassett had some involvement from a coaching perspective taking charge of the Redlegs Academy...

Will be interesting to see if someone can step straight out of the media with no coaching background at all and make a go of it?
