ask coopers perhaps

i thought the same thing....could i add try the abc & then they could plug it not just saturdays but every week day on the tv & radio

I'm not sure about this given the ABC's non commercial charter. They don't play ads, and also go out of their way to avoid promoting products in their every day operations (eg. a story on their News service re the ground at West Lakes would probably be referred to as "Football Park" rather than AAMI Stadium).

Big Phil, you can add Chris Curran (country Vic) and Todd Dickinson (Queanbeyan) as INs for Glenelg, I read that on their official site.

We all know Bodey is back but even better that it is for 2 years :D

MEDIA RELEASE - MATTHEW BODE SIGNS WITH THE TIGERS FOR TWO YEARS

The Glenelg Football Club is pleased to announce that Matthew Bode has signed with the club for two years, after having 2009 off with business commitments.
After last years disappointing finals exit, the inclusion of Matthew's on-ball skill, tremendous kicking and experience make him a welcome addition to the current playing group.
Chief Executive Steven Barratt commented -
"Matthew's quality possessions and finishing skills will add class to our midfield and will provide good service to our forwards"
"He has been outstanding on the training track during pre-season and is displaying all the necessary leadership to our younger players" Barratt added - Matthew has been included in the six man leadership group for the coming season.

Now you just need your forwards to kick straight. Mind you, he was always a good pinch hitter up forward anyway IIRC, so he might straighten you guys up a bit.

Don't you just love the pre-season?

Most players look good at this time of the year and nobody has lost a match or even made a mistake yet.

Don't know if it's been mentioned here yet, but 2009 Whillas Medallist Simon Callahan from Renmark is playing for West Adelaide this season.
Will be interesting to see if he can make the senior side.
