Disappointing crowd and zero atmosphere.

That’s what happens when thousands of free tickets are given away to mostly neutral supporters to help fill the stadium.
The game and players just appear to be going through the motions.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

I guess it’s hard when the result was known at the 5 minute mark.
I’m guessing the neutrals just wanted a close game

The crowd does seem weirdly muted watching on TV. I assume the Tigers supporters will be firing up soon.

Looks like its only North and Norwood that can pull 40k + for a Grand Final.

Congrats the Bays, best team all year and better team today.

Credit to the Blues for playing it out, could have easily turned into a 119 scenario.

Similar to an AFL game there a fortnight ago?
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Fair point! Time flies when Port get bundled out in straight sets..

Assuming those commenting about the atmosphere were there?

I guess it depends what you are used to - the atmosphere at the elimination final was good from where I was sitting in the members… with probably only 5K there earlier on..
