You're still interested in making finals?

Haven't you had enough....

Trust me plenty of Glenelg fans have wondered if its easier to go back to the days when we knew we were sh1t in April rather than September

purch that post is an absolute disgrace.

For me my heart went out to the little Tiger in the front row near us who gallantly flew his Tigers flag all day until the end. Good onya little champ your day will come! :D

Likewise fish. I behaved just like him in 1982 v Centrals at Unley.

Seems like I've touched a few nerves with what was just a bit of sarcasim re a priceless piece of SANFL emotion...hmmm. If so I wholeheartedly apologise. Nothing against the little bloke.

Congratulations to the Eagles on a well deserved victory, even more so in light of a depleted bench in the last quarter.

All the best for the rest of the finals, and also to Central and Norwood who have all deserved to be in the final 3 left standing.

I arrived at footy park about 7 minutes into the first quarter with Glenelg up by 3 goals and dominating the game. At that point I wrote the Eagles off.

The second quarter saw the Eagles draw level with Glenelg, making good the use of the breeze.

At half time I estimated that Glenelg needed a three to four goal buffer by three quarter time if they were to hold off the Eagles. However the third quarter saw the Eagles match Glenelg and IIRC the scores were pretty well even at the final break.

The final quarter saw the Eagles kick away for a comfortable and well deserved win. They won the clearances well and Glenelgs disposal and goal kicking was very ordinary at times. Cranstons accidental walking across the mark to gift the Eagles a goal was important but not pivotal.

Commiserations to Glenelg and congratulations to Eagles - it looks like you were the team flying under the radar this year.

My mistake, it was actually April this year (time flies) and the lad was 14 not 12. It was against Glenelg though so presume it was a Glenelg supporter who made the comment, again apologies if it wasn't a Glenelg supporter.

Early in the 3rd 1/4 Carr and another Eagles player are wrestling, Cicca comes from 50m away and at full pace smashes into Carr's back

Yep Carr was reported check the replay .

Nothing in the paper about Carr being reported Micky? Are you sure?

The Ump had out the book cause he stopped them from playing on so he could write it in

Maybe josh was waiting for him at his car and the ump chucked it out hashahaha
