Is Buckets really struggling with the workload? One big reason the week off would be improtant I would think?

He was run ragged by both the sturt ruckmen but think he will be right come finals especially with Hardy improving in the ruck every week.

Was very impressed with Hardy.

I reckon he spent the first few games trying to play like he thought other ruckmen did, then something seemed to change and he started playing the game on his strengths. Whether that's just my perception or not who knows? But he looked very lost early on and lately has actually been pretty good.

totally agree. the last coupe of weeks in the ruck have been great. instead of trying to out muscle blokes his using his incredible leap and a couple of time has stood on the other ruckmens shoulders while winning the tap.

i also think hardy has looked extemly dangerous when going forward and with schell and havelberg out of form he could be an option there if we get sutherland back in the side

Not a huge issue though, just an observation

Sorry, Dutchy, it is just that some Central supporters do actually have jobs and can be busy at times. I know this breaks the total stereotype of us Doggie supporters! Shame on those of us who don't rely on Centrelink! Should be ostracised from the Central District community! ;)

Yes, I did too ;)
However, is it really fair to name people who have not posted after their team has lost and make it sound like their integrity or character is being questioned? After all, it was only 30 hours after the loss and this may not be the number one priority in someone's life every day.

Agreed. There was a bit of inconsistency so far as being hit high was concerned but definitely good to see them letting the game go...

Agreed.

BTW, anyone catch that reserves umpire and that official(?) both getting repeatedly swooped by that magpie???

Spelly, when was the last time a team achieved bitch status over Centrals?

I am not worthy to speak for Spelly -- but I do remember that the Mudpies beat us twice out of two attempts in 2003, and went on to miss the finals while Centrals went on to win the flag. Setting a precedent perhaps?
