It would be distorted, because of the low pre 1930 crowds, and the post 1990 crowds.

Saw the pictures on Channel 7 & 9 from down at Bays training tonight from Glenelg Oval...

For thise that went, how many fans do you reckon were there ???

Must admit, on first reaction of the background on the news, I thought there wasn't as many people there as I thought there would be ???

In Centrals last training session prior to the 2000 GF there was about 2000 people at Elizabeth Oval, it was like a game was on...

Estimates from the bay tonight ? I obviously didn't see how many up in the stands but did see plenty of kids kicking the footy on the oval before training so obviously their parents were there as well.

Just curious, that's all...

well the bbq sold out, but as for the crowd i'd suggest 1200-1500 plus the bistro was full & i presume the pokies were doing a good trade
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Great for the club, helps put a little extra coin in the pocket...

Well done to the Bays fans for showing up in good numbers, as I'm sure they'll do on Sunday...

McConnell out. Will this harm Glenelg's chances?

Was he ever in?

Glenelg had no chance with him in as was shown in the 2nd semi, he got dragged in a reserves match before that for crying out loud!
He was never going to play.

Passed a fitness test then twinged his hammy afterwards. Could have been the X factor.

Yep, I wish he passed the fitness test. Was never going to have an impact after damaging the hammy in the semi final.
