So it is fair to assume Rhino is a player Jimmy ;)

Not necessarily, but take it from me, if Rhino says that's what happens then, that's what happens!

Yes, he played half full on the fence back in the day.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Panthers appear to have signed Guy O'Keefe from Western Bulldogs & Kade Klempke from Essendon together with Josh Taylor from Port, awaiting club confirmation but apparently all training at Noarlunga.

O'Keefe looks like a goer - in best 12 times at Williamstown last year and averages a goal a game - Klemke looks like he spent a fair bit of 09 innjured, but did captain the Murry Bushrangers AC Cup side to a Premiership, so good to see some much needed leadership coming in.

Don't wont to start getting too carried away like some of the Sturt and Eagles fans on this site, but I reckon we've had some good ins and I'm just as excited abiout the "outs" and am very much looking forward to a much more competitive 2010.

He's good value, old Bunton  . Haven't heard one Sturt supporter get carried away yet, all we've been doing is responding to all the carry on about where we've received all our money from.
Here's some getting carried away for you Bunts. I reckon South might be able to push up to 8th with those ins

Well there's no way South will finish 9th in 2011 at least.

In the Advertiser this morning it was confirmed that Nick Gill has signed on to play with North Adelaide after being delisted by the Crows...

I think if he can keep the body injury free, he will be very good for North in 2010 as the Rooster look to have a handy forward line for next season

Now that he isn't subjected to the rigours of AFL training, he should hold up even more.

A handy forward that can play back and on the ball. Here's for another 12 goal haul against Sturt!

Panthers confirmed new signings of Guy O'Keefe and Kade Klempke plus Josh Taylor (see above posts) and also Sam Livingstone from Murray Bushrangers, Taylor Whitford from North Launceston. All young lads with impressive form. Still lacking in height but plenty of speed and mid-field.

Darley, thats a few recruits now for next season but whats going to happen for height.
Great recruiting younger players for the long term but hopefully some young tall guys are being looked at as well.

When did Nick Gill kick 12 against Sturt? Furthermore, when has Nick Gill booted a dozen in a game against any side?

I recall a Friday night game in 2005 when he took about eight marks in a quarter and singlehandedly destroyed our backline but even on that occasion he kicked six if memory serves.

But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of a good yarn.

Agree Pale, good recruiting thus far which was a must given what we've lost through retirement and player movement plus Ronnie is moving a few on. We still appear undersized but the lads coming to the club are quality with some local talent also showing good signs under Ron's watchful eye.
