For me... amazing to think Whittlesea ended the drought of 1961-1988... a bit of a gap to Atkinson in 1997, but then they've won in 1997, 1999, 2000, 2002 (two winners), 2008, 2014, 2016... so that's what, 8 medals in 20 years.

What was this thing last night in the interview with s williams about throwing a wall mounted phone and hitting a poor old Eagles supporter. Sounds like a real wimpish act by him. Re the phone throwing exercise, I witnessed this assault and the poor victim was left dazed and bleeding and never got an apology. All he was doing was singing ''seven in a row, seven in a row''...he still walks around saying ''Its for you."

I think seven losses in a row was a new record at the time...mind you it was a very accurate throw.
