We have plenty of inside mids but we need an outside mid who uses the ball well. Key forward and key back is what we need if Tippett gets drafted

Joel Cross has re-signed with South for 2014 ending all those rumours, just waiting on Michael Wundke and Nick Murphy and we've re-signed just about everyone for next season....phew!

Awesome news Crossey is an absolute champ!!!!!!

Loving the loyalty the boys are showing at the moment. Something that has been seriously lacking at South.

Bennett too entrenched in the ACT. Allen a chance but also at other clubs in the SANFL and depends on the weights regime/requirement at that club.

Dont worry about that! The Port boys did hardly any conditioning once the season started.

Yes, he actually said to the club "How ******* heavy are the brown paper bags and who is putting them in my car?"

They tried hard to get him last season and are very interested in him. He has 2 very good mates also doing the pre season down there, which would help get him.

Dont think he will get drafted, very very good footballer, but i am not sure his body would stand up to the demands of AFL footy.

Any names for these mates?

The Durdin boys.

I hear they will be at separate clubs next year.. Both teams wear blue though, one lighter blue that the other
