Yeah no doubt others do but as has been mentioned the Gowans set such high standards.

Bollocks. Watch Thomas, Goodrem et al and they are just as relentless on their team mates. The standard is high across the squad.

They may have helped develop that culture but to believe they are that culture is unfair on the rest of the squad.

One of the names you mentioned is another play who may not be there in 2013.

Was at the game and it was a pleasure to watch the McRea twins last game of SANFL in front of their home crowd. Pity more dogs supporters weren't there tho. From an oppositions point of view, I have loved to hate the McRea's buts thats only because I would have loved them at the Chooks. Well done Chris and James, despite some thuggery over the years. I reckon you probably coped as much as you gave out. Dogs are gunna miss them but will probably recruit two more to fill their place, if they haven't already

Though they would have had more class than they showed today with reference to the back chat to the umpires all the time even at the end of the game.

Have you been in a coma ? In case you hadn't noticed they have been doing that for 12 years win, lose or draw, that's just them. After a great win like today one would think you would have other things to think about.

Well done Gents, my son will never forget giving Chris his 8th premiership medal in 2009. However as he said today when I told him Centrals lost today "finally I get to see a non centrals GF"! Nearly 10 and he hasnt seen one in his life time, puts their era in perspective for me.

Indeed. Made the last 13 more enjoyable for me. Was about ready to slap a lawsuit on Dad in the 90s. Was wondering why he would do that to me.
