I assume you are talking about Bradley Hood Joker?

I saw him play for Central's reserves in the trial games at the start of the year and was very impressed with his forward pressure and for a little fella, he can sure tackle.

Has pace to burn as well, is super quick and certainly impressed me from what I saw of him. Good luck to him for sure...

That I am. Hopefully he goes well and kicks a couple of goals.

I concur... Go Hoody!

I know Roy has been happy with his progress, hopefully he keeps fit and his guns will see him through!

Not sure, think it might be another T.Schiller, young Travis perhaps from the Under 18's? Not sure if he is any relation to the Tanunda Schiller as Travis is from Nuriootpa I think?

Charlie had an injury after the first trial game (that he played in the league side from memory) and is progressively getting better in the 2's as the season is unfolding.

Did cop a pretty heavy knock in the ressies on ANZAC Day and had a few stitches in the head. Certainly looks like he has a future with the footy club.

I know as a Glenelg supporter we cop a lot of flak for our apparent reluctance to travel to away games. Can the same flak now start to be directed towards the supporters of the most dominant team in recent SANFL history? After looking at all the attendances for games this year, Centrals have featured in only one of the top three attended games and that was the ANZAC Day clash, which for the record was the third highest attended this year. For the record I did not include the Norwood / Port game at AAMI.

I would normally expect a crowd of 5000+ for this game, however, I'm not so sure now.

Gee Mat, all the games so far this year. Central have played in three. I thought the westies game had a reasonable crowd. I'm sure they were forecasting a bumper crowd at south v centrals. Then the Norwood game had the third biggest crowd, according to your info. But fire away.
Classic response mr irate.

Additionally, we have only had the ONE away game this year so, yes, make statements about a team's away support based on just the one match - against West who are not exactly the highest drawing team in the SANFL (no offence meant, West supporters).

According to CDFC.INFO, reserves player Matthew Foldesdy has retired...unfortunately another one of those reserves players who can't make it into the league side but is too good to be playing back in some regional league.

My info? The info is out there for all to access.

Classic response? I bet you've got a shoebox full those little gems ;) Seriously though, at least 17 years ago you weren't being spoilt with success so like most clubs who go through lean periods the support drops off. The question now is has the success been detrimental to Centrals off field support (membership etc) and subsequently its financial bottom line?

Anyway, see you there tomorrow :)

Our membership is down. Roy has challenged our supporters to show their colours. Sadly, it's a fair question.

A "concession" ticket. All that hard work done by Centrals to dispel those nasty stereotypes have just been undone with one innocently posted image

Nice :) How's the price of a season ticket back then, albeit a concession pass.

IIRC the full price season ticket was $50.00.
