A bit stunned to see Hardy dropped to the Ressies though.
Cheers

Exactly!

And Habel as well!

Hardy unlucky to be dropped. Habel has been quiet since the first half the year so no surprise for me.

Yes, yes, yes.

Well here goes.... lets hope this works the same as it did for Ryan Williams last year. How is Reichert still in the team? There is no doubt he is a solid player but Hardy and Musolino should be in the team ahead of him.

Unless he was spanking the monkey and his name happened to be Richard Cranium I don't see how this was possible.

given the likely conditions i think the most desperate committed team over 4 full quarters will win, i believe glenelg will be that team
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Hasn't stopped raining in ELizabeth since about 8am. Elizabeth Oval will be extemley heavy.

Who does the wet weather help?

imho it probably helps the Dogs, currently their tall forwards are out of form and have generally been kicking goals through their small forwards such as Callinan, Sansbury and Gowans. While Glenelg is heavily reliant on its gun twin forwards Grima and Kirkby, there effectivness in the weather could be limited meaning Glenelg mave have to find other options in front of goals. This is where Bode and Panozza could be wildcards.

The midfield battles in the bog will be great Gowans X2 and Dutschke vs Allen, Carr and Murphy. Whoever gets on top here and gives there forwards more use of the football will win the game.

Watch for Paul Thomas got a feeling he will have a cracker, loves the big games, loves the weather and his long kicking could be invaluable. Plus his nerves will be calm now that the Peckers have secured promotion to the first div ;)
