Kym Russell tenders resignation

Members are advised that CEO Kym Russell has tendered his resignation from the Club. Kym will continue in his role until the end of the year while the Club implements a number of recommendations from a recent strategic review.
The Club would like to thank Kym for his significant contribution to the Club over the past 5 years where he has strengthened our football club’s finance, marketing and commercial operations during tough economic conditions, as well as overseeing capital improvement projects within the oval precinct including the lighting project, mound bar upgrade and player facilities redevelopment following the fire in 2010.

From what I hear it may have been a mutual decision. Tough to keep your job when you make substantial losses and are being paid a 6 figure salary!

Thank god this absolute lunatic is going! A bloke who has no communication skills, avoids any staff issues and simply doesn't care about the club!

Good riddance you arrogant snob!
