Slow start to the Bays today, but by the sounds of it, had a blinder of a second half. Excellent coverage from the sensible option today......the SANFL " live scores " on the official site.

Looking forward to the Ponderosa match next week !

Go You Mighty Bays !

Some people went to the game. That's a good way to get scores as well.

well the redlegs thru everything bar the kitchen sink at us in the first half, had loose players time after time, thought the umpiring was interesting in the first half as well, early in the third the legs had increased their lead to 28 pts and then whammo, the bays started getting it out of the guts to reduce the margin to just 6 points at the last change. the tigers very impressive in the last scoring 7 unanswered goals before the legs got a consolation one late in the last. Now for the dogs, its now or never

That was the difference.

There's no shame in losing to this years Premiers. Without a doubt the best team I've seen all year, about seven or eight goals better than anybody else.

Glenelg were far too good today, ran all over us in the second half. Maybe the fact Norwood were running around the streets of Glenelg while the dance girls were doing their routine had something to do with it ... who knows? I see strange things in footy these days.

Exactly others can talk us up, we'll worry about doing what we have to do to beat Centrals.

Brilliant lead upto the finals - couldn't have planned it better - the reigning Premier (and certainty for a GF spot) on a Footy Park sized deck. Perfect preparaton for finals footy.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly every thread on this forum turns to discussions about Central. Sorry for talking about the Glenelg v Norwood match ... I apologise, we should be discussing Central.

I'm with you, and isn't it amazing how the central supporters are quick to jump in and remind us all how good they are and that no other teams are worthy

Well over the last 10 years thats fact isnt it

Personally i rate the Glenelg side and they would definatly be worthy premiers considering there overall performances the last 3 years ala the Eagles in 2006.

If the Bays do go onto win it i will be the first to congratulate there supporters.
