Norwood were unlucky not to win.

One Norwood lad very lucky not to have sustained a major injury when thrown back first into the boundary gutter after the ball was clearly called out of bounds.

Norwood didn't bring their best game today and paid the price.
And for the player that hit the gutter he was lucky but continued playing. Seems the boundary is very close to the gutter at Unley but then so is the wall at Norwood.
Skills levels down a bit today I reckon, missed targets, missed shots at goal, passes out on the full, I enjoyed the game but it's just a little frustrating when you know they can do better.

Maybe sturt where just a tad better than your Norwood boys. I saw that game and don't forget sturt where 5 goals up at one stage. Pressure can do strange things to skill levels. Maybe the sturt pressure on the norwood boys made them make mistakes with skill errors. Funny speciman the norwood fan. One eye and all.

Was the Grand Final 4x25 flats as per the home and away season or 20 mins plus time on? Because those scores are extremely high for 25 flats and would had to have been an amazingly free-flowing match with very few skill errors.

I'm pretty sure it was 25min flat qtrs only because they felt a little short. Didn't take a lot of notice though so don't quote me on it.
