Congratulations to Brad Agnew of Glenelg Football Club for winning the Round 1 Macca’s Cup MVP.
Brad, who wears number 11 for the Bays, had an impressive season opener against Norwood, amassing 12 kicks, 14 handballs, five marks, 10 tackles and one goal.
The 17 year old was a consistent performer in Glenelg’s victory on the weekend. Judges said Brad used his pace to claim 26 possessions and continually placed pressure on the opposition through his tackles and willingness to run down the ball-carrier.
Brad wins a Skins garment and a Macca’s prize backpack complete with hat, towel and drink bottle courtesy of McDonald’s.
