Only 2. Both away.

My season ticket is being wasted. Bloody shack construction.

Fortunately, I'm having another shoulder recon in 5 weeks, so that'll render me useless for everything except watching footy!

A suprisingly measured response there DA considering TSG was taking the piss!

No doubting your passion and loyalty to the pies but surely even you couldn't for a minute think Port are any chance this week? However the way this season has gone who would be suprised if they caused a boilover and to be fair Port whilst undermanned and lacking talls and experience, at least that haven't shamed their club like North has on 3 occasions this year with many more likely to occur

You're not allowed to say anything remotely negative to North fans on here, so better to respond with a serious answer.

On the contrary. I witnessed first hand Port's excellent performance at the ponderosa in Round 1 and can find no reason why we aren't capable of getting a win here. It's 18 on 18 and Bangers has got the mosquito fleet performing very well.

If we can find a consistent performer up forward and soak up the dog's pressure when it inevitably comes, we can win IMO.

Up the Pies!

Try and find something positive about Port though. Might not be much to be positive about but still, the continual "kick a dog while he's down" attitude does grate after a while.

The magpies have a better lineup than Round 1. Centrals are a little up and down, while Port are getting some experience back in the side to guide the talented, enthusiastic juniors.

I'm keeping a lid on it, so Port Adelaide by 4 Goals.

Port Adelaide Magpies
B: Clinch, Madden, Carr
HB: Dolling, Lokan, McInerney
C: Rose, Summerton, Slattery
HF: Gray, Solly, Miller
F: Young, Thurgood, Harder
R: Cloke, Clayton, Kirkwood
Int: Meiklejohn, T. Milera, Phillips, Lindsay, Biasci
In: Clayton, Meiklejohn, Gray, Lindsay, Phillips, Biasci
Out: Wanganeen (hamstring), Trengove (Power), Hall, Fitzgerald

That's a good looking lineup. Disappointing to lose Trengove at this time but all POWER to them. Good mix of experience, youth and pace. Hall's had a couple of down weeks and I think with the inclusion of Jimmy, we're big enough around the ground.

No it's not. THIS is a good looking lineup:

F: Young, Thurgood, Harder
HF: Gray, Solly, Miller
C: Rose, Summerton, Slattery
HB: Dolling, Lokan, McInerney
B: Clinch, Madden, Carr
R: Cloke, Clayton, Kirkwood
Int: Meiklejohn, T. Milera, Phillips, Lindsay, Biasci
In: Clayton, Meiklejohn, Gray, Lindsay, Phillips, Biasci
Out: Wanganeen (hamstring), Trengove (Power), Hall, Fitzgerald

The South Australian ordering is always inherently good looking. 8)

Point well made. Hadn't noticed the inferior Victorian method insideously creeping its way in.
