I've come a long way.... Didnt like the photos of it originally but have now seen it twice and I reckon it is the best we've had. Finally, a jumper that looks like a football jumper. Even goes well in the wet after we gave South a bath today....

Firstly the numbers were painted white after last weeks internal trial game .As it became evident that the blue numbers didn't stand out.
What will happen maybe from next week(I forget if its next week or round 2) .The jumper will be changed so that the hoops will not be on the back. What will be left will be an all yellow back with Blue numbers .
The jumper worn today will become the clubs training jumper.
All this the Eagles CEO told me pre the seconds game this morning.

Matt1 don't get to excited its Feb27 a trial game and we only beat South. ;)
Some improvement needed in the new game style but that will happen .

Warming to the new jumper. It certainly gave a 'point of difference' to South's navy blue and will do to every other club as well.

Well Mickyj , that will sort it out ; just goes to show the quality of decision makers we now have . Not afraid to try something and fix it fast if it doesnt work out . The back of the 06 Grand Final jumper was spot on , I could never believe it got canned asap  . A year on and I must say the club is really doing its best in all areas and it shows !

Umm no, if you preview and you can't quote someone correctly then dont do it!
If it doesn't work in preview you post isnt going to magically work when you then click on post reply.
Holden quite clearly knows what he's doing as his isn't messed up.

Nup, I exclusively use Firefox. Its you mate, you're "fiddling" with the quotes and stuffing up the code in the process.
Just do a straight quote, don't try multiple quotes or moving them or bolding them and ALWAYS use the preview button, if it doesn't work in preview give up on it.
If you struggle with code and want to quote someone just click on the quote button next to their post and type your response underneath, its almost foolproof.

Why cant Holden do that then? Types his response before the text he is responding to! Geez you would think people could get it right but clearly some of those from Oval Avenue..............?

MickyJ, to end the quote properly you must end it with /quote inside the [ ]. Notice the /
Personally, I just use the quote button.

Shocking jumper.

WWT should run with the Old WT Blue with sash, or the older WT blue with eagle. They were proper classic, strong Aussie Rules jumpers.

Woodville has shared gold - that's enough. They also were a hopeless club and never had a decent jumper.

Come on WWT lift your game. Consistently the worst jumpers in the SANFL by a mile.

Seeing Wedgie has taken this topic over with me quoting posts.
Unless I am trying to quote 2 or more people, which I will never do on this forum again .I only use the quote button. How that stuffs up WEDGIES precious code I have no idea .
SEEING on 7 FISHING FORUMS and THREE other footy fourms my quoting in FIREFOX is not a PROBLEM.
Perhaps the issue not only lies with this user I can not be totally right or totally wrong but with this forum as well .

Seeing the topic is supposed to be how good the EAGLES jumper looks why not get back on topic . ;)
I've got over quoting on this forum(wont quote on here again) perhaps some others should as well!!

I repeat lets talk about how great the jumper looks !!
