Skills crap (both sides)....

Good to see South not let North "run riot". Some coaching moves from South I could not work out. :?

Good to see Sampson get the group over to the supporters at 3/4 time when we were about 2 goals own.....shame it did not work :(

Oh well, another defeat, another week......next..... :?

It was just as bad a the Sturt v South game at Unley Clarrie......the only highlight at the Unley game for me was the Hotdogs....bloody great!!! ;)
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Just telling it as it is Cambridge. Can't have a go at me for that, well, yes you can and have! ;)
Its not like I didn't call it before the day started too!

Luckily I had mates who drove me to the game and back home again today and was pissed which alleviated most of the pain of yet another awful SANFL game. But I had fun catching up with mates, having a laugh, etc. It seemed like a whole summer since we'd last caught up thanks to fantastic SANFL programming! :D

Would most agree that Chris Kendall is unbiased in his views re North and South ?
Well he made an interesting observation and one that I agree 100% with when he said " I think David Clarke looks slow and the game may have gone past him". =D> =D>

Mmmm maybe he's been reading my posts

I thought Clarkey got injured today and before that was clearly one of our best.

For today's SANFL to go past anyone they'd have to be going backwards and quickly at that.

Chris wouldn't have any bias toward either side anyway G, he is a Redlegs supporter (poor man ;) )

Yes, for a very long time now, you have been voicing your opinion of Clarkey and while you may well and truly be right, maybe you need to let Daniel Healy know how you feel about him and then he may find himself in the 2's. :)

Yes fair point Big Phil but Ive got faith in Healy's footy nous and presume his position in the side is temporary at best. ;)

ps. Wedgie believes that anyone who has ever stepped foot on Skilled Stadium let alone played in the horizontal navy and white striped jumper, deserves his full support no matter how many moons and injuries ago it was.

I've seen many worse games than that one, but having said that, there wasn't a lot there to get either coach too excited.

D. White had a huge game, a class above everybody else out there. Ackland was pretty good in ruck and North had a stranglehold on the stoppages.

Rolfe probably the best for South, with Warren working hard up at CHF. Williams, Sandery and Boyd busy but lacking effectiveness.

while i'll admit that I haven't seen much of him since he left South, Clarkey doesn't appear to have done much since 2006. His disposal and decision making in that final year at South left a lot to be desired.

Archard on the other hand is still a class act...
