SAFC web site has him signed for 2009. So DOC where does this come from?

I'd assume he meant handicap -

Sampson wont pick him
Warren plays his position
Noarlunga is hole!

that hardest things for recruiters at west and south is to attract new players to clubs that are struggling a bit.
