they had this rule last year & i think it is a great idea & i don't usually like them making changes (like kevin bartlett & his cronies do) to the game but this is one that is warranted

ah ta, I cant remember seeing it on the replays all year! also have to question why they would need a line, couldnt be that hard for the umpires to work out!
