A 4 point deficit at half time obviously still gave some hope, but in reality by half time North had taken control of the game and it was a matter of time before the floodgates burst open, and that's exactly what happened from about the 5 minute mark of the 3rd quarter. From that point it wasn't any less embarrassing than the West Adelaide game two weeks ago.

It would of course be so easy to launch in to Nick Stevens, but given that he did take over a mess, I'm reluctant to do that and am still reserving judgement, as difficult as that is getting. At the West game Glenelg fans were genuinely angry. Today I just sensed disbelief.

For the record, the crowd today was 3,868, not bad considering what Glenelg are serving up at the moment.

Yes far too early to judge Stevens .

Couldn't agree more, considering North fans don't travel. Plus, North supporters hate Sunday games, so they must absolutely despise Monday games.

PS - I did see a lot more red in the crowd than Black and Gold. Maybe it was some left over Crows fans.

If you're having a go at me I have a torn Achilles and 2 strained muscles in my back, couldn't make it to the front door let alone Glenelg.
If you're not then play on.
How does it compare to other Queens Birthday Mondays between these 2 clubs?

Gotta stick up for the silly bastard there, he came out Saturday night, saw about 5 minutes of the band, couldn't stand any longer & had to go home, $60 wasted. Stop bending to peer pressure Wedgie.
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.

Nope - but I can if you want. :)

I did go looking for you, but only found Ian instead.

Oh, and I presume Glenelg lost the mini- league as well with the way the oval across the ground was set up, was just like Prospect Oval.

And yes, I know that the IGA team is from the Glenelg zone as well and not from North.
