South's last premiership is like the Bible, allegedly it happened but it was that long ago, no-one can remember it or has any proof of it ever happening! ;)

I was a young kid then but yes .... it actually happened I saw it on TV.
They televised Neil Kerley's 3/4 time stiring address, he was in trouble for swearing, he said bloody.
Yep bottom to top.

What really hurts is my wife asked me what I would be doing for my mid life crisis and I said premiership tattoo. She told me I would need to be cryovacked.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

I've read and heard a lot about the gowans boys not playing footy this year. But tonight I was shocked when i heard from a mate who said his brother in laws are going back to play in the hills for lobethal as the gowans boys are co coaching there? I don't play in the hills league but know that ex centrals premiership player Jeremy aufderheide coached there the last few years. Are the gowans boys going to have a kick with an old mate? Can anyone confirm or deny this rumour?

Apparently, they won't be up in Lobey unless they're changing light globes ;)

Course they do. Where ever those two go, they're going to attract attention. And...be an asset to the club.
