AFL Rookie Draft:
Nathan Stark (Glenelg) to Melbourne
Nicholas Hayes (Eagles) to Brisbane
Jaryd Cachia (Norwood) to Carlton
Justin Hoskin (Magpies) to Port Adelaide
Mitchell Clisby (North Adelaide) to Melbourne

Were only rookies drafted I thought there was another draft or does this come later ?

Do SANFL clubs still get AFL money for each player selected in the rookie draft or is this just the main draft.

Yes that's why Port Power drafted a Magpie player to keep the money in one club, then next year they can get more money from Jurrah, not a bad little scheme they have going ;)

Came from Carlton, spent 2 years playing with their VFL side but he never was given an AFL game.
They considered him not good enough and cut him.
Comes to Norwood for one season and we convert him to an AFL player

True but it kind of sucks when you take a punt on a delisted player and then the same club nabs him back a year later.
Sad thing I cant even wish him the best considering he is gone to that mob.

Jack Hannath was in the middle of training with melbourne when mark neeld has to tell him that he is going to freo. He instantly became the enemy. Would have been great but awkward news for jack
