The spoon is certainly a two horse race out of sturt and port .sturt are certainly facing the possibility of back to back spoons.
Port and sturt fighting it out for the spoon. Great days being a sanfl supporter IMHO!!!

Port have the duddest run out of those as the only team to play all of the top 4 sides. They sprang an upset today, but will be 4:12 in a few weeks if they can't spring a slightly larger one in their next 3 rounds.therisingblues wrote:For the final 8 rounds, the bottom 3:
Port play
Central(h), Norwood, bye, Glenelg(h), Eagles, North, West(h), Sturt(h)
Sturt play
Eagles(h), South, Norwood, bye, Glenelg(h), Central, Eagles(h), Port
Eagles play
Sturt, bye, bye, North(h), Port(h), Norwood, Sturt, West(h)
Port play Sturt and Eagles once each.
Sturt and Eagles play each other twice and each play Port once. Altogether 4 games involving the bottom 3 clubs going head to head. Rounds 17, 21, 23, and 24 will be big spoon rounds.
