A couple of weeks ago I ordered a book on West Torrens Football Club players on Ebay. The description of the item sounded interesting and with the $22-43 and free postage I took a punt and ordered it. It arrived today from NSW. The original description was a book of 74 pages on a number of West Torrens players. It covers very basic info on 37 players over the full 93 years of Torrens history. The book is very poor, the articles are copied from either Wikipaedia or the Full Points Footy website. Of the 74 pages you could regard 23 as blank. If I had paid $2 for it I would have been disappointed as well. Warning unless you want to throw you money away don't bother with these books. I note that there are a number of others in the so called series on other footy clubs. The book was printed in the USA and probably emanated from there.
