With no improvement seen under Massie I can't see the gig going to him. Will be interesting to see how the Bays go against us this weekend but I've noticed that Massie seems to struggle with structures and defence has definately droppped off since he took over.

Midfield is appalling as has been all year but that's a club issue due to poor management leading to no recruiting. The young blokes are a big positive for the future but not quite up to it yet so whoever gets the job will have a great team to develop.

Have noticed that the reserves and under 18s are dropping off a bit. I was curious to see how the Bay depth would suffer with Mickan's departure.

Bayman do you think Massie probably knows he doesn't have the experience and technical knowledge to be a senior coach? I just can't imagine him even being a chance. I think he probably knows he won't get it so won't bother applying.

i don't think that at all, while no certainty i'd suggest he'd be favourite to get it at this stage
