U 15 Championships

News from Footy park tonight that the Bays beat North in the Grand Fianl tonight (gee doesn't that sound familiar).

Not bad for the two clubs with the smalles number of 15 yo boys in their zones to make the GF, shows that what the Bays and North do with limited potential playing resources at that age level is pretty good. Mind you some of those kids in the Bays side (Billy Stretch (son of) and Kym Kosters son) will be guns.

This follows on from the bays winning their 15th u/15 country carnival (their have been 30 held). They beat the Eagles by 11 goals.

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Well if that's the history then its nothing for Glenelg fans to get too excited about. It just re-inforces the "underachiever" status
