Won't be long before LARS or something similar is the norm. If only they could do shoulders as well. Hope Nash is eligible. ;;)

I see Patrick Knott from the Bays is out with a calf injury- young fella would be pretty cut up over that.

Yeah, the poor bloke wouldn't be feeling too grand ATM, still it could have been worse, he could have been dropped, then he really would have felt shafted!

Will be interesting if Backwell & Alleway miss this week after having the chance to rest last week. (And for the record I am pro-Foxtel Cup.)

Looked like Alleway may have copped the injury during the foxtel game, when an opponent fell on his knee. I expect both to play.

his work in confined spaces has been superb- held his position well.
Was very uplifting, & was relieved when allowed into open space.

Disappointing to see that Dutschke's injury is now going to take two weeks longer than first hoped for.

Jon Platten's shoulder injury has been listed at 5-6 weeks all season. Why don't North just say indefinite?

Yeah, and I know it has been mentioned elsewhere, but Will Paley has been listed for pretty much the whole season as 'Hip - 4 weeks'?

With the right conditioning, Patrick "Tight Squeeze" Knott should be right.

I reckon his calf would recover a lot quicker with some high altitude training.
An air-conditioned environment would help with any tightness.
