McLeod has a contract for 7 games I figure that would be any Foxtel Cup games they are in and then the rest in the NEAFL.

Who'd you rather have at Centrals, Sutherland or Tyrell??

You aren't quite hitting the point either, I don't deny that each the NEAFL team has players that are quality, they do. Cam Illett and Jason Roe from the Thunder team last week would be definate league players down here. Where they (NEAFL teams) fall down is their depth players which would struggle to play reserves down here. That is why I think SANFL reserve team would beat them.

Tell me who of the bench palyers for Thunder last week would make a SANFL reserves side. L Corrie obviously thought it was too hard.

Is Mcloed palying all season?? Thats why I didn't include him. when he does that makes three league palyers.

I'll tell you what I'll concede maybe not South reserves but Bays and Dogs 2s definately.

OK now you are being more reasonable. To answer your questions - Sutherland or Tyrell? Sutherland - he is a doggy premiership player and my decision is based on layalty to him and the other players who have done the hard yaers for us for the past 11 seasons. But I was impressed with Tyrell. He shows great promise. He is probably a couple of years of development short of a regular goggy berth but I'd sign him on the same basis as Spurr or Hardy - promotion on performance. I am not here to talk up Thunder players I just think that they have show steady improvement since inception - look at their history - knocked back by the SANFL, joined QAFL played well at home and lost away, now part of a higher level comp taking in the best of Qld and NSW and already knocked off a few decent teams. They are improving every year. Is the SANFL?
We used to be good :-(
