Why would the eagles have to pay money for Kite - he was a crows player that was aligned to Norwood in the SANFL mini draft - he is not a norwood player.

Not bad I would have thought, Guilhaus and Lewis for $10K ($7.5 & $2.5) - I reckon the Club chuckling may not be the Bays.....! :lol:

Should this thread be changed now to " Whos going to be the Eagles new CEO " as surely its just a matter of time now that a big money move is looming large for Chris Davies ! We can only hope like hell that hes planning to go out with a big bang and set things up , like recruits , for next season . Losing his aggression and passion to win will prove to be as hard to replace as Grocke .......... if we lose both then its head in the toilet time :shock:

Grocke's resigning was announced on club web site and via Members e-mail last week.

Same time as Kites announcement.
