Maggies just a bit too good today...played better for longer. Eagles had chances to win right until the end but didnt take them, and on the flip side Port could have put the game away earlier on but blew a few chances.
Trust the process.

Agreed Port missed some goals that should have been kicked early on.

How many games has Biglands played this year? It looked like it was his first game in years. Played in the middle and would have had 3 kicks i reckon, none of which went to a team mate. Took a mark late in the game 20m out to put the Eagles infront and missed by a long way.
I am not having a go at him, as his body has been through a fair bit, but I would have thought with Jacquir/Von Bertouch/Poole and Sutcliffe in the U18s, they would have been a better option?

He has played a couple then missed a couple or more then played a few. That was the 3rd week he had been named and actually played.
With the exception of Jacquir the others have played 1 or 2 reserves(or more) games during the year.
Team the week before contained a fair few U18's and they defeated the top team in sturt.
