The fees paid by AFL clubs back to the SANFL clubs for drafted players needs to accurately reflect the investment made by that SANFL club on his development. At the moment it is no where near adequate. When that is lifted then the salary cap can be lifted.

In the mix would be Tim Weatherald (currently coaching in Darwin) and Simon Feast (current assistant at Norwood).
